It simplifies the process of integration and management of laboratory information related to water sample collection and testing in various laboratories of the Department across the state. With this technology you can easily and quickly track various facilities provided by department at your fingertips and it also removes the need for users to constantly inquire about the status of their tasks as all relevant updates are captured and available in real-time. In addition to improving communication, the system significantly reduces the amount of paperwork typically associated with laboratory task management.

-Lab User: The Lab User feature enables users to oversee and monitor the status of received samples, as well as those currently undergoing testing in the various DWSS laboratories.
